1. Right to Refuse Service Clause

“Panagiotis Lymperopoulos Photography reserves the right to refuse service to any person, for any reason, at any time. We may immediately terminate or suspend access to our services, without prior notice or liability, if you breach the Terms of Service. This includes, but is not limited to, behavior that is deemed harmful, inappropriate, or objectionable, or if a client fails to provide reasonable cooperation necessary for the professional execution of the photoshoot.”

2. Rules for Using the Service

These standard rules help govern client behavior and expectations:

• Booking and Cooperation: Clients must provide accurate contact information and cooperate during sessions (e.g., following posing directions or attending pre-shoot consultations). Failure to cooperate may result in the photographer being unable to complete the session.

• Intellectual Property (Copyright): The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images. Images provided to the client are for personal use only and may not be edited, filtered, or altered by the client without express written permission.

• Payment & Cancellations: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure a session date. Cancellation fees apply based on notice given; for example, notice of less than 3 days may incur a 50% fee.

• Artistic License: The client acknowledges that they have hired the photographer based on their specific artistic style. The photographer has final discretion over image selection, editing, and professional quality.

• Liability: The photographer is not liable for loss of data due to technical failure beyond their control.
